With each trip abroad she oversees the production and design with her team of weavers, embroiders, beaders and jewellery makers.

Kumari's is also a Philanthropist, she has supported a number of charities and philanthropic efforts such as Princess Margaret Hospital, Women's College Hospital Foundation, Covenant House, Nepalese Foundations and schools and other local charities and fundraisers.
