Due to new procedures and safety policies as a result of COVID-19, we are experiencing processing and shipping delays. These new policies are to keep our boutique staff and customers safe. All shipping partners that we use have also implemented new and rigorous safety procedures. Return + Exchange Policy

Please note that gift cards are final sale, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

-Purchased items that you wish to return for a refund or to exchange with another (merchandise) must be returned within 21 days of original purchase
-Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed -Merchandise must have all tags attached -Shipping and handling charges are not refundable -Monogramed, personalized and final sale items may not be returned |

How to Initiate a Return Request

| Online orders may not be returned in-store at Kumari’s. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt. All returns and exchange are contingent on the conditions noted above and at the discretion of Kumari’s. Refunds are made in kind of the original payment. Requests for exchange of merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. |

It is recommended that you ship the Merchandise using a trackable, insured shipper. Kumari’s cannot accept responsibility for merchandise we do not ship. Please keep the record of your shipping/tracking details.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds and exchanges that meet that meet our above conditions and received within 21 days of original purchase will generally be processed within 5 business days. Refund and exchange notifications will be notified by email.
All refunds and exchanges are subject to conditions noted and discretion of Kumari's.
