Return Requirements
Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase and meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed
- All tags attached
- Original receipt included
- Gift cards are final sale (non-returnable, non-exchangeable)
- Monogrammed and personalized items are final sale
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
How to Return
Email sales@kumaris.ca to initiate your return. Online orders cannot be returned in-store. Once approved we will provide you mailing address
Use a trackable, insured shipper. Kumari's is not responsible for items we do not ship. You will be notified by email once your return is processed.
