Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

Choose your billing address or an alternate address during checkout. Registered customers can select saved addresses by clicking your email.

Canada

Sales tax (PST, GST, or HST) is calculated based on your billing address.

United States

Customs forms list your order's value by product type. Gift orders are marked "Gift" but must still show item value as required by customs. We may provide order information to FedEx for customs clearance. Cross-border shipments are subject to inspection.
