Shipping + Delivery Policy

 We offer our sincere apology for any late deliveries and inconvenience that has occurred. Due to new procedures and safety policies as a result of COVID-19, we are experiencing processing and shipping delays. These new policies are to keep our boutique staff and customers safe. All shipping partners that we use have also implemented new and rigorous safety procedures. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our staff.

 We ship internationally using FedEx. Shipping rates can be calculated upon checkout. If required, alternate shipping arrangements can be facilitated. Please contact us here if you require additional assistance.
Shipping Address Options
Shipments can be arranged to the billing or an alternate address on checkout. Shipping addresses can be selected on the “shipping address” page during checkout. Registered clients can select an address by clicking on your email address.
Shipping to Canada
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. Sales taxes are calculated based on billing address. For purchases within Canada are subject to PST, GST, or HST where applicable.
Shipping to the US
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. Generally, customs forms for U.S. addressed orders will list the value of your order's contents by product type. If the order is a gift, the package can be marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package
We may also be required to provide order, shipment, and product information to FedEx in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. U.S. customers should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. 
Undeliverable Orders
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges).
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
If you suspect your order has not been delivered due to a wrong address and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us here.
