Shipping & Returns
We ship internationally using FedEx. Shipping rates can be calculated upon checkout. If required, alternate shipping arrangements can be facilitated.
Shipping Address Options
Shipments can be arranged to the billing or an alternate address on checkout. Shipping addresses can be selected on the “shipping address” page during checkout. Registered clients can select an address by clicking on your email address.
Shipping to Canada
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (Monday – Friday), excluding holidays. Sales taxes are calculated based on billing address. For purchases within Canada are subject to PST, GST, or HST where applicable.
Shipping to the United States
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (Monday – Friday), excluding holidays.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. Generally, customs forms for U.S. addressed orders will list the value of your order's contents by product type. If the order is a gift, the package can be marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
We may also be required to provide order, shipment, and product information to FedEx in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. U.S. customers should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges).
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
If you suspect your order has not been delivered due to a wrong address and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
Return and Exchanges Policy
The information below applies to online purchases only.
- Purchased items that you wish to return for a refund or to exchange with another (merchandise) must be returned within 21 days of original purchase.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Monogramed, personalized and final sale items may not be returned.
How to Returns an Order
Returns may not be made in-store at Kumari’s. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt. All returns and exchange are contingent on the conditions noted above and at the discretion of Kumari’s. Refunds are made in kind of the original payment. Requests for exchange of merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
All returns, subject to conditions noted, must be repackaged and shipped to Kumari's at the following address:

It is recommended that you ship the Merchandise using a trackable, insured shipper. Kumari’s cannot accept responsibility for merchandise we do not ship. Please keep the record of your shipping/tracking details.
You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
Refunds & Processing Time
Refunds and exchanges that meet that meet our above conditions and received within 21 days of original purchase will generally be processed within 5 business days. Refund and exchange notifications will be notified by email.
